Friday after 3:00 p.m. the arena is ready for you to set up your special event. Saturday the arena is opened by 8:00 a.m. giving you ample time to bring in tables, chairs, decorations, stage, etc. Sunday the arena is open until noon allowing you additional time for tear down and cleaning.
