The Longhorn Arena and Event Center is a multi-purpose arena, hosting a wide range of community and private events providing a variety of clinics, practices, shows, competitions, occasional concerts, tradeshows, weddings, festivals, and so much more.
Arena Rentals & More
- The climate-controlled indoor arena measures 128x253 and will accommodate approximately 2,000 people. This is perfect for your animal-related event, trade show, or convention and serves as a great entertainment venue.
- The outdoor arena measures 264x300 with pens and chute or measures 200x300 w/o pens and chute.
- The warm-up arena sits between the indoor and outdoor arena measuring 60x120.
- 42 -10x10 Stalls
- 16 -12x16 Camp Corrals with Hook-Up (Water and Electricity)
- 17 -stand-alone hook-ups (Water and Electricity)
- Parking for over 500 vehicles
- The indoor conference room hosts 80 people, perfect for meetings, banquets, etc.
- Cattle are available for rent
All rentals MUST be pre-scheduled through our office.
A deposit is required for all arena rentals.

Clinics
- Book your Clinic with us. We look forward to hosting clinicians and instructors who help you understand how to bring out the best in you and your animal.
- We look for clinicians who assist you develop a better feel with your horse, allowing you to create a true union.
- Through the concept of natural horsemanship, we promote riding and other events that allow us to achieve a true union with our horses.
- In addition to horsemanship clinics, we host clinics for barrel racing, roping, working cow dogs, show cattle & much more.

- Reservations for stalls, camp corrals and hook-up's generally go through your event host(s). However, we are happy to coordinate those services with you directly. We have convenient options for you to prepay for your stalls, camp corrals, and hook-ups.
If needed, we may provide the following;

- Roller
- Panels
- Judge(s) Stand
- 4-wheeler
- Roping dummy
- Cattle, etc.

Facility Policies
Due to insurance guidelines:
- Please have your dogs on a leash unless competing.
- The facility is non-smoking except in designated outside areas.
- No alcohol is permitted.
- All food trucks must obtain a temporary health permit through the City of Greenville prior to events. The Health Division number is (903)457-3100.
- If you are participating in any event you MUST sign our waiver prior to entering any of our arenas.

The indoor arena has bleacher seating for up to 300 people. You may bring your own lawn chair if that is more comfortable for you. If you are attending a concert please review the concert flyer for seating details.
